How to apply for courses at Dhamma Kanheri

Residential Courses

10-Day residential Vipassana Meditation course (these are open for all persons)  

3-Day residential courses for those who have fully completed one or more 10-Day Vipassana course or 7-Day Vipassana teenager course, as taught by the Principal Teacher, Shri S N Goenka in the tradition of Sayagyi U Ba Khin.

To register for a course, visit the schedule of courses page, select a course and apply for the same. You will get a mail confirming receipt of your application. Subject to availibility, you will get the confirmation for the course selected or alternatives may be offered.

Non Residential Courses

One day course every Sat, Sunday and public holidays from 10.30 AM to 5 PM - this is only for those who have done at least one 10-Day courses.

The One day course is also only for those who have fully completed one or more 10-Day Vipassana course or 7-Day Vipassana teenager course as taught by the Principal Teacher, Shri S N Goenka in the tradition of Sayagyi U Ba Khin. It is meant for such "Old students" to strenthen their practice of Vipassana.


Children’s courses – Held on Sundays as per a schedule from 9.30 AM - 3 PM. Usually Children courses are held on the concluding day of a 10-Day course.

The children's course is open to all children having completed 10 years and till 16 years.
