The 10 Day residential Vipassana Mediation Course for all starts in the evening of a Wednesday and ends at 6.30 AM on the 11th day which is usually a Sunday. Students may go home after 6.30 AM.

The 3 Day residential Vipassana Mediation Course for those who have fully completed a 10 Day course, starts in the evening of a Thursday and ends on Sunday evening at 4.30 pm. Students may go home after 4.30 PM.

The 1 Day Course for those who have fully completed one or more 10-Day Vipassana course or 7-Day Vipassana teenager course as taught by the Principal Teacher, Shri S N Goenka in the tradition of Sayagyi U Ba Khin, is on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. It starts at 10.30 AM and ends at 5 pm.
